Terms of Service

By accessing or using NatalCode (“the Service”), operated at natalcode.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

NatalCode is an AI-powered astrology platform that calculates natal charts using Swiss Ephemeris data and generates personalized readings, daily forecasts, compatibility insights, and other astrology content using artificial intelligence.

The Service includes free features (birth chart calculation, daily insights, limited readings) and paid features (premium readings, Pro subscription with expanded daily content, compatibility reports, and Ask Anything — an AI Q&A feature).

All astrology readings, forecasts, and insights provided by NatalCode are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

NatalCode content does not constitute and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Medical or health advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Legal advice
• Mental health or therapeutic guidance
• Relationship counseling

Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

When using NatalCode, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth data — the quality of your readings depends on correct birth date, time, and location
• Keep your chart URL private — your chart UUID is your identity in our system; anyone with your URL can view your chart and readings
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service

NatalCode offers paid subscriptions (“Pro”) that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless cancelled.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from the app
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase applies to their subscription

One-time readings: No refunds are available for individual AI-generated readings. Readings are generated instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned.”

Pro subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining portion of a billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

All content generated by NatalCode — including readings, forecasts, compatibility reports, and other AI-generated text — is owned by NatalCode. However, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to:

• View and use your readings for personal purposes
• Share your readings with others (e.g., on social media or with friends)
• Save or screenshot your readings for personal reference

You may not resell, republish, or commercially redistribute NatalCode content.

NatalCode readings are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and relevance:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies
• Astrological interpretations are subjective by nature
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading
• Content should not be treated as factual statements about your life or future

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NatalCode and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made based on readings or forecasts
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your chart
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in AI-generated content

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NatalCode in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to keep NatalCode available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You may stop using NatalCode at any time. You can delete your data through the Settings panel in the You tab.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of NatalCode after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
